Cette photo montre les vues intérieure et extérieure de la grotte de Shanidar qui a fait avancer la compréhension de la vie de l'homme de Néandertal. Celui-ci possédait une aptitude au langage, mais son larynx était plus long que celui de l'homo sapiens, et il devait donc posséder une voix plus aiguë que celle de l'homme moderne.
La grotte de Shanidar est située sur le mont Bradost au Kurdistan d'Irak.

This photo shows the inner and outer views of Shanidar's cave that advanced the understanding of Neanderthal man's life. He possessed an aptitude for language, but his larynx was longer than that of homo sapiens, and he must therefore have a voice sharper than that of modern man.
Shanidar Cave is located on Mount Bradost in Kurdistan of Iraq.
